CCS Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) - RM6187
Bramble Hub is a thin-prime supplier on Management Consulting Framework 3 (MCF3).
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) launched Management Consultancy Framework 3 (MCF3) in 2021 to offer a broad range of cost-effective consulting services to buyers in central government and other parts of the public sector. The framework (which has CCS Agreement ID RM6187) was intended to last for four years. It includes nine lots, of which Bramble Hub is a supplier on six. You can find more information on each lot below.
CCS developed MCF3 to accommodate projects of all sizes. The framework also supports various pricing models such as fixed-price and time and materials projects.
We have successfully bid on dozens of projects on MCF3, alongside over twenty of our partners, for customers including the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the Ministry of Justice, and Nottingham City Council.
The MCF3 framework replaced two earlier frameworks: Management Consultancy Framework (RM3745), which CCS launched in 2017, and Management Consultancy Framework Two (RM6008) which was launched in 2018. These were preceded by earlier CCS frameworks.
MCF3 is expected to be replaced by Management Consultancy Framework 4 (RM6309), although no award date has yet been announced for this framework agreement.
