Elector8 and ElectorScan are comprehensive software packages developed by Democracy Counts to support electoral processes in the UK. Elector8 is an electoral registration and management system that automates various aspects of the electoral process, including voter registration, canvassing, and election management. ElectorScan provides postal vote management and verification. Together, the packages aim to streamline electoral administration, improve accuracy, and enhance the efficiency of the democratic process.
Ceredigion is a county in the west of Wales, with a population of around 70,000.
The contract was awarded via the Back Office Software framework from Crown Commercial Service.
