Bilingual electoral management system for Ceredigion County Council

Background:

Ceredigion County Council (CCC) is a mid-Wales unitary authority serving Aberystwyth and surrounding area, formerly known as Cardiganshire.

The Requirement

CCC were looking to modernise their electoral management system.  The Council looked for a solution on Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications Framework catalogue, RM 1059.

Our Success

CCC selected the Elector8 Management System from Bramble Hub and Democracy Counts as this was available in a fully bilingual version, compliant for the English/Welsh Language. The contract included setting up and implementing the system, migrating the data, training and working with Council to bespoke it to their requirements.
