Keen to maximise customer service standards and operational efficiency of its parking enforcement operation, the authority wished to introduce a web-based solution to simplify the way in which motorists apply for and procure their parking permits. NCC looked in the online catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications framework, RM1059, for a suitable digital solution.
