Our exceptional proprietary end to end processes have been built in partnership with the Civil service and the NHS over many years and are continually refined and adjusted to support our clients ever changing needs. The overall aim of the services provided by 27C is to minimise an over-reliance on expensive consultants and to help our clients build capability and save money.
Our managed service deliverables include:
- Organisation Design - We work with our clients to determine the ideal structure and one which ensures an environment that supports leaders and employees to work effectively together to deliver programmes and business as usual. This includes both short and long-term solutions.
- Sourcing and procurement strategy – Once we have determined the structure and staffing needs we identify viable frameworks to enable the procurement of contractors/consultants so that we can provide the people needed in the short/immediate term.
- Supply Chain Transformation – We review the existing supply chain and processes and implement systems for managing supply chain demand to ensure alignment with the programme/departments goals.
- Supplier Relationship Management – We manage all the main suppliers to the programme/department so that we provide a single point of contact for our client.
- Creation of an Integrated Partnership programme – We bring together all the 3rd party suppliers that provide the people needed to stand up the short term and immediate requirements and in parallel, we design timeframes for 27 Consulting to deliver the end-to-end recruitment campaigns to fulfil longer term staffing needs.
- Implementation of resourcing strategy – We consolidate staffing strategies into a comprehensive end to end service which brings contractors and consultants in to fulfil short term needs and delivers recruitment campaigns to replace contractors or to fill posts that have been identified as requiring permanent staff.
- Support with IR35 compliance – We provide advice and guidance on IR35 tax laws, how to apply the IR35 rules to the recruitment of contractors and services-based providers, as well as ensuring that the correct IR35 status is being applied to workers.
- Comprehensive reporting against key performance indicators – We provide regular and in depth reporting on the progress of deliverables.
- Facilitation and delivery of knowledge transfer sessions – We work with our clients and their internal teams to transfer knowledge about the delivery of services including the passing over of materials that have been developed to support delivery.
