Background:
West Suffolk Council (WSC) is the local authority responsible for providing services to residents and businesses in West Suffolk.
The Requirement:
WSC needed to upgrade their on-premise income management and cash receipting system and migrate it to a fully managed service. The Council identified the solution on the catalogue associated with Government’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821.
Our Success:
Bramble Hub and Adelante were able to offer their fully managed SmartPay solution and signed the 5-year contract.
A start date of 01/11/2020 has been agreed.
