Norwich City Council (NCC) provides services to the local residents and businesses in this East Anglia city.

The Requirement

NCC needed to renew and upgrade their existing back-office notice processing system for bus lane enforcement in the City. The council used the catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework RM3821 to select the services they required.
