South Kesteven District Council is modernising its income management system

Background

The Lincolnshire district council of South Kesteven (SKDC) serves residents and businesses of Grantham, Stamford, Bourne and Market Deeping. 

The Requirement

SKDC needed to update its income management and cash receipting system and looked on Government’s G-Cloud 10 framework online software as a solution (SaaS) catalogue for a suitable replacement in July 2018. The contract was to start on 1 May 2019 for an initial two years. 

Our Success

SKDC had a reference to the suitability of the solution as their neighbour North Kesteven had purchased a previous version some years ago.  After several months of demonstrations and discussions, SKDC selected Bramble Hub and Adelante’s SmartPay income management solution, designed for local government to provide all the options and functionality SKDC required.
