Background
Renfrewshire Council (RC) is responsible for serving the residents and businesses in this West Lowlands area of Scotland.
The Requirement
RC needed a modern Operational Management System to improve its management of its waste management, street cleaning and winter maintenance services and enable its managers to review and manage options for vehicle routing, vehicle sizes, shift patterns etc. The Council issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821.
Our Success
