Background
NHS England (NHSE) is an executive non-departmental public body of the Department of Health, responsible for operation of the commissioning side of the NHS in England. NHSE employs around 6,500 staff in 50 sites across the country and uses its own internal video services (NTV) to communicate with these staff.
The Requirement
NHSE needed to maintain their NTV service and enable non-technical staff to change the look and feel (incl. layout) of their video portal as required. They used the catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications framework RM1059 to identify a suitable solution.
Our Success
NHSE selected Bramble Hub and 27Partners’ Luna front-end solution to provide the ongoing maintenance and bespoke customisation required. The 2-year contract included working with NHSE to create a customer specific roadmap, set up the Luna portal and provide training and adoption sessions for NHSE staff.
