London Borough of Merton Council (LBMC) covers Mitcham, Morden and Wimbledon and serves the 200,000 residents and local businesses in this SW London Borough.

The Requirement

LBMC needed to implement a new income management system and issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Services’ Data & Application Solutions framework.

LBMC selected Bramble Hub and Adelante’s SmartPay, a browser-based application delivered from a PCIDSS compliant managed service.
