Background
Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) is the national healthcare improvement organisation for Scotland by helping health and social care organisations to redesign and continuously improve services.
The Requirement
HIS uses a Microsoft Dynamics 365 based CRM and SharePoint document management platform to support its regulation of healthcare in Scotland. Historically, the in-house support team had an ad hoc arrangement for technical escalation. HIS now wished to move to a formal, enhanced support agreement with TrueNorth and used the catalogue associated with Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821, to select and procure the service.
