About Bramble Hub

Bramble Hub was founded (as Bramble.cc) in 2001 by Richard Archer (our Managing Director) and Mike Parsons, who were specialists in delivering document management systems. In 2006, the company became an approved supplier on the Specialist Solutions Framework, one of the early UK public sector procurement frameworks (you can find out more about government frameworks at our frameworks page).

Soon after this, we began bidding for government contracts as a prime contractor, and subcontracting project work to other companies. Over a period of time, our business model evolved: we stopped delivering solutions altogether, and exclusively became a thin-prime supplier, working with a growing network of delivery partners.

Today, we utilize our expertise in public sector procurement in order to win places on frameworks that cover a breadth of technology and consultancy areas: we are currently able to supply services or products on almost 20 active frameworks.

Our network of partners (around 200 of them today) identify public sector tenders. Via our thin prime model, we bid on each tender alongside our partner. Our expert tendering team works with the partner to win the business. Best of all (from our partners’ perspective), once the contract is won, we leave project delivery to our partners, and only remain involved with customer relationship, contractual and compliance issues.

We work across all sections of the UK Public Sector, and successfully bid on dozens of projects each year.

Our people (you can visit them here) are all experienced in ensuring that our relationships (with our customers and our partners) work smoothly. Our team works tirelessly to achieve the following core objectives:

  1. Identify upcoming new frameworks that fit our partners’ abilities, and bid to become a supplier.

  2. Help new partners through the on-boarding and compliance process, ensuring they are ready to bid on framework tenders.

  3. Collaborate with partners to help them with their sales pipelines.

  4. Bid with our partners on tenders and manage contractual issues.

  5. Handle the billing and payments associated with projects.
